• Each member should send the application form of the participant to the e-mail This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it until 30.04.2011;
• Each member should enclose to its application form photos of 1 to 5 enamel works which were announced;
• The works for exposition are selected according to their outstanding artistic and technical features;
• Each participant should provide his works in enamel technique no later than on 20.05.2011 to festival's organizer.
